What to expect, by topic

• Account access or signup issues: reply usually within a couple of hours on business days.
• Billing, refunds, or invoices: same-day reply. Refunds are processed within 3 business days.
• Bug reports: we'll acknowledge within 24 hours and let you know when it's fixed. Include browser, screenshots, and steps to reproduce if you can — it speeds things up.
• Feature requests and feedback: we love these. We may not build everything, but we read everything.
• Partnerships, press, integrations: mention the topic in the subject line — we'll route it accordingly.

Privacy and data requests

For data deletion, data export, CCPA/CPRA requests, or anything related to how we handle your personal information, email hi@clippum.com with "Privacy request" in the subject. We respond within 45 days as required by law (usually within 7).

DMCA / copyright notices

If you believe content processed through Clippum infringes your copyright, send a notice that complies with 17 U.S.C. § 512 to hi@clippum.com with the subject "DMCA notice."

Reporting abuse

If you believe a Clippum user is generating clips that infringe your rights, harass you, or otherwise violate our Terms of Service, email hi@clippum.com with "Abuse report" in the subject line. Include URLs, screenshots, and any other evidence. We take all reports seriously and act fast.
